The Patient Registration Supervisor is a working role that provides face to face services to patients and visitors and supervises front desk staff at multiple locations.
* This role is also responsible for supervision of the daily operations and staffing of the Front Desk department (11 staff) and providing clear communications, training, and performance expectations.
* In addition, they assist the Office Administrator with the hiring, employee touchpoint discussions, and addressing performance issues.
* This position will also work with our Management team and our partner's office on the development of effective policies and procedures that assure regulatory compliance and make recommendations on programs and processes that will improve billing accuracy, identify efficiencies, and increase co-pay processing and prepayment of scheduled surgeries.
* This role also serves as a liaison, with Allina business office, to respond to patients concerns/complaints.
*Location: *During training, they will need to travel to all of the sites except for New Ulm. We're partners in transformation.
