Key Responsibilities- Ensure seamless check-in and check-out experiences for guests, receiving and processing incoming guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service
- Supervise front office operations and employees, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive work environment, fostering a culture of genuine hospitality
- Exceed guest expectations at all times, ensuring a memorable stay for our valued customers
- Minimum two years of experience in hotel front desk operations
- Previous management experience required, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well in high-pressure situations and as part of a team
- Commitment to exceptional guest service and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results-driven outcomes
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
