  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all guest interactions are friendly, courteous, and respectful.
  • Front Office Operations
    • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues related to guest rooms.
    • Operate the hotel's property management system, including managing room inventory, rates, and availability.
    • Process guest requests and resolve any issues related to guest services.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless operations.
    • Collaborate with other team members to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
