Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pre-construction process for high-end interior construction projects, focusing on planning, budgeting, and coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Work closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and high-end quality standards.
  • Utilize your experience in general contracting to manage cost estimations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, ensuring that budgets and schedules are met.
  • Oversee the bidding process, including subcontractor selection, while maintaining the exceptional standards expected in luxury construction.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring a seamless handover from pre-construction to the execution phase.
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership to ensure all pre-construction deliverables meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working in a general contracting construction company with a focus on high-end interior projects.
  • Deep knowledge of luxury interior finishes, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, cost estimation, and value engineering within the context of general contracting.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-profile clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple pre-construction processes in a fast-paced environment while upholding top-quality standards.
