Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in the Washington, DC area on their search for a Senior Scheduler for Commercial Ground-Up construction projects up to $100MM.


The Senior Scheduler will be responsible for developing and maintaining schedules for each project's lifecyle (from preconstruction through completion).

Title: Scheduling Manager - Commercial Construction (3+ years)


Project Types: Schools, Universities, Multifamily, Commercial


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop commercial construction project schedules
  • Perform schedule updates and maintenance as required by client contracts
  • Monitor and review subcontractor schedules and provide updates as needed
  • Provide project schedule reports as needed
  • Effectively communicate project schedules in preconstruction meetings and project briefings


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of commercial construction scheduling experience
  • Experience with Primavera P6 highly desirable
  • Commercial Ground-Up Experience
  • BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred NOT required.
  • Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.
