Job Overview:
This position involves contacting customers to schedule delivery for printing equipment. The role is largely sedentary, with a focus on customer service and data entry. Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office are required.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate with inventory control and other functional areas to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery to customers.

Work with sales or account managers to schedule installations.
-
Utilize database and spreadsheet tools to analyze data and manage workflow.
-
Pre-call customers to arrange deliveries, pick-Client, and relocations.
-
Print and scrub the Ad Hoc Report.

Print Bill of Lading (BOL) documents.
-
Update the delivery system with scheduled dates and notes.
-
Send delivery notifications to the Order Processing team.
-
Update Oracle DFF notes, CC notes, or the Zoom Screen as needed.
-
Create manual orders in the delivery system when required.
-
Schedule orders in staging to meet cycle time requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent education.
-
Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, and spreadsheet skills.

Strong customer presentation and communication skills.
-
Ability to interact professionally at all levels, both internally and externally.
-
Teamwork-oriented attitude.
-
Adequate reading, math skills, and ability to write legibly.
Work Environment:
-
Office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and normal temperature and noise levels.
-
Work assignments are diversified and involve preparing and conveying complex information.
-
Minimal physical effort is required, with work being mostly sedentary, though occasional walking, standing, bending, and lifting (up to 10 lbs.) may be involved.

Moderate dexterity is necessary for using a calculator, keyboard, or other tools requiring hand-eye coordination.
