Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ILS, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for:
· Prospecting, outreach, and qualifying leads at the beginning of the buyer's journey. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will help identify potential customers
· Engage with them through various channels, and set up qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

· Competitive salary of $45-50K plus commission structure. This position is tailored for rapid advancement into a into a role yielding financial opportunities exceeding $100K within two (2) years

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities
· Qualify inbound leads and follow up on marketing campaigns
· Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
· Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and challenges
· Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and opportunity qualification
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration preferred, Marketing, or related field
· Experience or a willingness to learn sales, business development and customer service
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Familiarity or a willingness to learn CRM software and sales tools
· Goal-oriented and self-financially, motivated with a strong desire to succeed, is a must
