We are a growing company located in the heart of New York City's Garment District with a newly established 100-square-meter showroom in New York, specialized in tabletop decorations, wall decor, storage solutions, and similar product categories, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Decor Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in North America.

● Job Description:

Experience Required and Responsibilities:

● In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our sales strategy for the home decor market. You will be responsible for:

● Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to grow market share and revenue.

● Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at major North American retailers.

● Negotiating and closing sales contracts to achieve or exceed targets.

● Overseeing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

● Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

● Contributing to the development and launch of new home decor products.

 

We are looking for a candidate with:

● 5-10 years of experience in sales management within the home decor or housewares industry (or a closely related field).

● A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.

● Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work with our team.

● Excellent relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of the North American retail landscape.

● Experience in negotiating and closing deals with major retailers.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● A passion for home decor and a keen eye for design trends.
