The Expertise & Skills You Bring

  • A bachelor s degree strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing complex calendars preferred
  • Experience with end-to-end ownership of operational tasks
  • Comfort supporting senior executives
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly shifting priorities
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office software knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfort with tight deadlines and ability to work effectively under time constraints and pressure
  • Willingness to utilize resources to problem-solve
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with various levels of management within the organization
  • Trustworthy with highly confidential material
  • Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of other duties, as needed

The Value Your Deliver

  • Provide calendar and logistical support to multiple members of Senior Leadership team
  • Complete travel and expense reports
  • Assume responsibility for operational tasks, including procurement and preparation of quarterly financial reports
  • Collaborate in planning and execution of events for external job candidates and offerees
  • Back-up and assist other administrative team members, as needed
  • Assist with special projects, as needed
  • Perform other administrative duties, as requested
  • Remain flexible to work overtime if needed

The Team

You will work collaboratively with a small team of Executive Admins to support Fidelity Consulting s Leadership Team and to fulfill operational functions required to run the business efficiently.\u00A0 Fidelity Consulting is a ~100-person group that provides strategic consulting services to Fidelity s businesses

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
