Apex Systems is looking to hire an entry level Help Desk Tier 1 Support Analyst.

This position is on-site every day M-F.

You can work from the office location out of Birmingham, AL-Mobile, AL- or Jackson, MS.


Day to day:

Providing first-level support for VoIP-related queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Manage and prioritize service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Document and maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.

Assist in creating and updating knowledge base articles and support documentation.


You would be highly considered for this role above all other candidates if you have you've had previous Help Desk experience with VoIP related issues.
