Territory Sales Manager – Medical Devices



Kinetica is proud to be partnered with a market leading Capital Equipment manufacturer, who are growing at 22% YoY and are expanding their sales team. With an exciting product portfolio for the Aesthetic, Dental and outside healthcare clinic markets, this company are looking for a driven “hunter” salesperson to join the team in the South East Texas region, ideally located in Houston or Louisiana - would also be open to another Territory in San Antonio or Austin TX.


Job Description:


The TSM is responsible for driving revenue and expanding the customer base within a designated territory by presenting and promoting high-value capital equipment. Key duties include lead generation, product demos, managing the sales cycle, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals like dermatologists, surgery centres and cosmetic dental offices. This role requires resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment, while providing timely reporting and collaborating with the broader sales team.



Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development – cold calling and generating new business opportunities within a designated territory.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas through a direct sales approach in a clinical setting.
  • Build strong client relationships through product demos, addressing customer inquiries, and handling objections to close deals.
  • Represent the company at conventions and leverage company assets, clinical specialists, and cross-selling to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with sales teams inside and outside the territory to share best practices and support individual and group quotas.
  • Provide timely reports on leads and sales opportunities while satisfying customer care and finance requirements.



Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales of capital equipment Aesthetics, Dental or wider Medical Devices is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.



This is a remote based role with the expectation to travel over 50% as needed.
