Compensation:$140,000+ Expected First-Year Earnings
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Present sales reports and progress updates to senior management on a regular basis.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and sales management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- US work authorization
