Employment Type: Full-time, full school year
Job Description: Soliant is partnering with a school district in the San Jose, CA area to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and programs.
- Work directly with students to address behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to support student success.
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior strategies.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA certification.
- Prior experience working in a school district preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Interview Process:
- Initial screening process will be done by Soliantfor an expedited interview process
- All interviews will be done via Zoom
