Growth Opportunities: PBS is comprised of BCBAs at all levels and departments. A Behavior Analyst ( BCBA / BCaBA) with Team PBS provides high quality ABA services to individuals achieve clinical goals. Completing assessments and working directly with individuals to develop comprehensive behavior plans to achieve quality of life goals
Implement behavior plans through direct intervention and supervision of support staff
Collect data via PBS data collection systems
Complete assessments, develop written reports and updates, complete graphical analyses within designated timelines and as set by funding source requirements
Provide caregiver training (if applicable)
Provide supervision of behavior assistants and/or RBTs
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Level Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Working experience in ABA (including practicum / internship experience)
