As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with a strong team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality services
  • Manage a manageable caseload and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. ABA, Psychology, Education)
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Clear background screening
  • Eligibility to provide services through various insurance providers
