This position is responsible for processing the US Payroll for the US entities of Enghouse. This includes the analysis, accounting & reporting functions of US Payroll as well as withholding tax filing and compliance of our US entities. This is a fully remote position.
Responsibilities:
Process and administer US Payroll in ADP Workforce Now Process US employee’s salaries, commissions, bonuses, and all other earnings Process New Hires and Employee Terminations in ADP Process Special Runs as required Coordinate with ADP to ensure that withholding taxes are filed & paid on-time Work closely with Human Resources (HR) for compliance and reporting Maintain payroll records Post payroll journal entries into Great Plains Assist with external audit requests Support month-end and quarter-end close Prepare account reconciliation for Payroll and other applicable accounts Other duties as requiredQualifications & Experience:
Degree or diploma in a relevant field or + years of payroll experience with US entities Experience and strong knowledge of US Employment and State Tax Laws is a must Experience with ADP or ADP Workforce Now (WFN) preferred Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) an asset Administrative, accounting, communication, and analytical skills Strong financial systems skills, good Microsoft Excel and Word skills Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve, handle high volumes, and prioritize workload Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data Strong command of the English language is a must Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorshipWhat We Offer:
