Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $20.00 an hour

Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance (Employer pays $200 per month towards employee's premium), 10 paid holidays, PTO

Primary Job Function: Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service over the phone. Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance agreements. Manage the day to day scheduling operations, ensure that jobs are ready for installation. Dispatch Service Technicians. Billing, invoicing, data entry. Company purchasing duties per the company's purchasing procedures. Responsible for the creation of department job files, contacting customers regarding scheduling issues, scheduling subcontractors and inspections. Responsible for coordinating communication between installers, field supervisors, customers, vendors and the office.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years administrative and/or customer service experience
  • Dispatching experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
  • HVAC or related industry experience a plus
  • Advanced communication skills; written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of dispatching software preferred
  • Prioritization and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
  • Works successfully in a fast paced environment
  • Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skill
