Who You Are & What You’ll Do

You’re a self-starter and entrepreneur: H&W is truly as close as you can come to a startup within the Unilever umbrella. Our brands are all recent M&As and still operate independently as startups. This position demands being able to operate comfortably in the complex and ambiguous space, often working outside the scope of a ‘traditional’ Unilever marketeer.

You’re a leader: This position requires strong leadership skills as you will interact with multi-functional business partners as well as agencies.

You have a bias for action: This position will require someone to operate in a fast-moving, constantly changing environment, and this individual is not satisfied with the status quo.

You’re obsessed with data: Strong analytical skills are required to understand the competitive landscape and local businesses, identify opportunities and risks, and propose relevant actions. With limited historical insight to rely on we must use data to help guide our strategy.

You’re consumer obsessed: Genuine love for consumers and a desire to improve livelihoods by democratizing health & wellbeing.

You’re a team player: As a small team with high growth ambitions, we are reliant on the strength of our team as greater than the sum of its individual parts. Working well with a team and being able to work with, present to, and manage both senior and junior stakeholders across functions & work levels is vital to this role.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Ensure on-time, flawless execution of international marketing & communications programs, working closely with Liquid International Brand Lead and teams in local markets to optimize plans & assets for their respective stage of market development

Help sharpen global communication strategy and develop integrated communication campaigns across various offline and online platforms based on key consumer insights to help drive overall brand KPIs ( awareness, engagement, trial)

Own the relationship and activity planning with our key external Global Partners across verticals including festivals, fitness, and music

Support International Brand Lead on activities relating to Brand Visual Identity updates across touchpoints ranging from packaging and in-store to website and social channels

Build and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners across markets as well as with cross functional teams and agency partners; identify and mobilize needed resources to accomplish brand/project goals.

Manage the International marketing budget, enabling the brand to get the most out of its resources and meet financial targets.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

The ideal candidate is passionate about building brands. They have strong business acumen with a keen eye for creativity, like to think big-picture but then get their hands dirty and execute, and overall are driven by results and making a difference in people’s lives.

4+ years marketing experience, preferably CPG

Experience in partnerships, activations, or PR a plus

Strong analytical skills

Clear demonstration of project management & leadership skills
