Brand Marketing Manager

We’re seeking an inspiring Brand Marketing Manager who can lead with vision and passion to drive our client's beauty brand to new heights. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand strategy, bringing innovative ideas to life, and maintaining a seamless brand presence in a competitive landscape. You'll lead marketing initiatives that captivate our audience, while closely collaborating with Sales, Merchandising, and Creative teams to amplify our brand's message and ensure an exceptional retail experience. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing plans, leveraging your deep understanding of the beauty industry and retail environment. With a hands-on approach, you'll guide our marketing team, driving growth across all consumer touchpoints, from in-store displays to digital and social campaigns. Your mission: to champion the brand, ensure a consistent message across all channels, and elevate our position in the marketplace.


What You’ll Do:

  • Brand Leadership: Partner with leadership to lead global cross-functional teams, driving growth within the beauty and cosmetics space.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and measure brand strategies that maximize revenue, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen long-term retailer partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze the competitive landscape and promotions, and suggest data-driven strategies to optimize brand performance and stay ahead of the curve.
  • 360-Degree Campaigns: Execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital and social media advertising, in-store promotions, and eye-catching visual merchandising.
  • Product Development: Brief Product Development on new ideas that respond to consumer needs and elevate brand performance in retail environments.
  • Collaborative Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies across product launches, promotions, pricing, communications, and inventory management.
  • International Relations: Liaise with international teams to maintain brand consistency across global markets.


Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • You bring 5-7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in CPG brand management (beauty experience is a big plus).
  • You’re a natural leader who thrives on developing, mentoring, and inspiring your team.
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and can manage multiple projects precisely and quickly.
  • You’re passionate about brand storytelling and have an innate ability to champion our brand.
  • You have a keen eye for analyzing data, and using insights to inform your marketing decisions and strategies.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • You’re well-versed in beauty, fashion, and digital trends, with a deep understanding of what’s relevant and fresh in the industry.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook—these are your go-to tools for making your vision come to life.
