Responsibilities
- Manage highvolume accounts crucial to thecompanys success.
- Build and maintainhighquality relationships with specific individuals at eachaccount.
- Sell the value of highqualityexpensive vehicles by distinguishing them from thecompetition.
- Maintain relationships across 150locations visiting each location annually and following up onhighvolume accounts weekly or monthly.
- Managearound 50 orders/projects at any given time ensuring attention todetail and strong relationshipbuilding.
- Createan annual sales plan by identifying key locations and mapping outvisits.
- Ensure regular communication withcontacts visiting each location physically once ayear.
- Develop sales forecasts and ensure theyremain on track using providedtemplates.
- Highlight the value proposition ofthe companys trucks emphasizing the longterm cost savings ofhighquality refurbishment over cheapercompetitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in field sales particularly withtrucks or truck equipment; candidates from the heavy equipmentindustry will also be considered.
- Strongrelationshipbuilding and communicationskills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects andmaintain attention to detail.
- Willingness toobtain a Class B CDL within the first three months (having italready is a plus); the company will pay for half and reimburse thecandidate after one year.
- Ability to travelextensively within the territory primarily along the I5 corridorand further inland.
