By the Sea Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Desk Trainer for our portfolio of hotels in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.
As a Hotel Front Desk Trainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our front desk staff is well-trained and equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating training materials, and evaluating the performance of front desk employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for front desk staff
  • Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assess the knowledge and skills of front desk employees through evaluations and performance reviews
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure continuous improvement in customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
  • Ability to effectively train and motivate employees
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
