Position Summary: 

Responsible for providing analytical, performance reporting, and project management support for PRA Group Inc.’s Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) Division. Primary focus includes supporting activities related to ERM, Risk and performance reporting, special projects, and assisting in the development and review of material for all internal and external stakeholders.

The role will have high-level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills and will collaborate with departments, as part of a cross-functional team.

Reports to the Senior Vice President, ERM and provides support as needed to Operational risk resiliency, Third-party Risk Management teams in the achievement and execution of ERM’s strategic priorities and goals.

Key Responsibilities

Providing analytical support to the ERM leadership team to ensure risk reporting, analysis, and insights are appropriately developed and timely delivered to the stakeholders.

Assist in coordination, development, and dissemination of materials related to Risk Assessment and Action Committee, Operational Risk Committee, and enterprise performance reporting.

Collaborates with stakeholders and risk owners to ensure that risk and performance reports are timely, accurate, meaningful, and interpretable.

Generate routine and ad hoc detailed risk and performance reports including identifying trends and insights from the data

Participate in cross-functional team initiatives, including assisting and supporting Operational Resiliency and TPRM teams, as needed.

Identify and recommend process improvement ideas.

Builds and executes projects related to risk assessment, mitigation, such as plans, schedules, and meetings.

Creates and maintain documentation including policy, procedure, and process documentation at the direction of ERM leadership.

Uses visualization tools and techniques, creates dashboards and reports to support risk-informed decisioning across the enterprise. 

Professional Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline. 

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and achieving agreed outcomes.

Ability to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss, and act on risk issues at an executive level with a risk management mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively with employees at different levels from various departments.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a track record for completing work in a timely and organized fashion with a high attention to detail.

Ability to communicate with strong written and verbal skills and ability to discuss Third-Party risk management and performance issues in business language.

Proficient on Microsoft Suite, specifically in PowerPoint and Excel

Strong knowledge of data analytics, data management and data reporting required.
