Role Overview
The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) serves as the central bank and integrated financial regulator of Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to join our investment risk and performance management division. In this role, you will assist in the evaluation and execution of investment risk and performance system-related initiatives. Your tasks will include:
- Gathering functional specifications and collating survey responses.
- Taking notes and preparing tender and procurement documents to support system evaluations.
- Assisting the project team with data extraction and testing during system implementation.
- Liaising with vendors and coordinating with various MAS departments to ensure seamless execution of reviews and implementations.
This position offers valuable exposure to the business operations and systems essential for effective investment risk and performance management. You will gain insights into how these processes are managed at one of the world's largest reserve managers.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Applicants must be Singapore citizens.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
- Prior experience in business administration, secretarial work, or data management is welcomed.
