Position Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to join our investment risk and performance management division.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and implementing projects related to investment risk and performance systems.
  • Gathering functional specifications and collating survey responses.
  • Taking notes and preparing tender and procurement documents to support system reviews.
  • Assisting the project team with data extraction and testing during system implementation.
  • Liaising with vendors and coordinating with other MAS departments to ensure seamless project execution.

This role offers valuable exposure to the business operations and systems essential for effective investment risk and performance management. You will gain insights into how investment risk and performance management is conducted at one of the world's largest reserve managers.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates meeting the requirements are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in business administration, secretariat, or data management is welcomed.
