Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist- Critical Care

At Providence, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation to all care providers and implementing improvements in healthcare delivery systems.

About the Role:

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work closely with our team of clinical educators to deliver quality educational programming and develop practice resources to support nursing caregivers of all experience levels. You will also be responsible for supporting critical clinical and quality improvement work across various clinical specialties to ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert consultation to all care providers
  • Implement improvements in healthcare delivery systems
  • Support critical clinical and quality improvement work
  • Develop practice resources to support nursing caregivers
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree from a clinical nurse specialist program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education (CCNE) or the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission (NLNAC)
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 3 years registered nursing experience in area of specialty
