  • Serve as a clinical expert in specialized areas, providing guidance and consultation to nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans and protocols.

  • Provide advanced clinical assessments, interventions, and patient care coordination.
  • Educate and mentor nursing staff to foster professional growth and development.
  • Stay updated on current best practices, clinical guidelines, and healthcare trends to ensure high standards of care.
Candidate requirements Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with Clinical Nurse Specialist certification. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist or in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in clinical nursing practices, with a focus on a specialized area of care. Proven ability to lead and influence interdisciplinary teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
