We are seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our team

Construction Safety Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all safety protocols on construction sites.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor construction workers on safety practices and compliance.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
  • Stay current with safety regulations and industry best practices.

Construction Safety Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in construction safety management.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Certification in construction safety (e.g., CSP, CHST, OSHA 30) is a plus.
