About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the coordination and supervision of all construction activities on our commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Direct and manage a team of field personnel to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with project stakeholders, including project managers, administrative staff, and clients.
  • Develop and implement project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Evaluate the performance of field personnel and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports and timesheets to track project progress.
  • Attend meetings and site visits as required to ensure project success.
  • Promote a culture of safety and quality on all projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 2 years as a lead Construction Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
  • Experience with construction-related software and technology.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
