Location: Mill Plains, WA area

School Year: 2024/2025

Employment Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Job Description: Soliant is partnering with a school district in the Mill Plains, WA area to hire a dedicated and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year. This full-time, contracted role involves working within the Behavior Developmental Program and managing severe caseloads in a 1:1 setting.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students with severe behavioral challenges.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
  • Assist with the development of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Valid RBT certification.
  • Experience working with students with severe behavioral challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed behavior intervention plans.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
