Location:Vancouver, WA

Pay:$24+/hour - Based on Experience

Position Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to assist students confronting behavioral hurdles.
  • Collect data on student behavior and progress towards individualized objectives.
  • Provide direct support and instruction to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Cultivate collaboration with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure consistency and effectiveness of behavior interventions across various environments.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Previous experience working with children or adolescents with autism or behavioral disorders preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
