HR Intern Admin

JOB SUMMARY: The HR Intern Admin is a temporary position within the HR Department, responsible for performing administrative task and supporting daily activities. The position will be required to assist with recruitment, updating employee records, conducting screenings of resumes, scheduling interviews for the CHRO, and gaining exposure to various HR functions such as full cycle recruitment involving posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling candidates and updating records.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Post positions provided with job descriptions on Indeed or any available sources. Conduct resume reviews, schedule screenings, and conduct basic entry level office or field screenings. Review resumes and applications to narrow candidates based on skillsets and/or education experiences. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks when filled. Support the CHRO with basic HR administration task with updating recruitment spreadsheet and/or tracker. Support the HR team with basic HR administration entry’s or updating of records. Perform other related duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Must be able to multi-task and be efficient in daily responsibilities. Must be well organized in daily activities and management of databases. Must be proficient in software knowledge including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and software systems related to HR.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be detailed orientated and team player. Must be able to communicate effectively and respond to inquiries effectively-
