Sales Representative Role: Exciting Opportunity with TGG Accounting
TGG Accounting has partnered with a North Charleston, SC specialty residential construction group who are seeking to add territory managers in Augusta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; Greenville, SC; Savannah, GA; and Myrtle Beach, SC.

Annual Commission/Salary Goals: 10% of $1mm in sales
This is a commission-based sales role that comes with up to two (2) months of paid on-site training in the North Charleston headquarters.
Position Overview:
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to schedule and optimize appointments in your designated geographical area. Project Estimation: Utilize your expertise to accurately estimate and quote project costs, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Coordination: Work closely with the Project Management Team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay informed about industry trends and competitors. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.Key Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in construction or a related industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel within your assigned territory. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:
