Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and building relationships with distributors, educating and motivating them to gain new distribution and build volume in existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual who can quickly establish relationships for a growth-oriented sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train distributor sales representatives on product knowledge, sales methodologies, and marketing and sales promotions.
- Sell at retail outlets aligned against quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays, and cold/ambient equipment placements.
- Participate in business unit crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives, and local retail meetings.
Requirements:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
- Additional experience in Beverage or Consumer packaged goods (CPG) field desired.
Base Pay Range: $49,000 - $69,000
