This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling highly confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives and stakeholders. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group as well as establish mechanisms and processes where necessary.

Key job responsibilities
This position has an in-office requirement of at least 3 days a week.

• Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
• Act as a liaison for direct reports
• Drive key team activities (such as staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, morale events)

A day in the life
This exciting role requires attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders and engineers inside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor.

You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action with ambiguity and show grace under pressure.
