The Alexa AI team is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Generative-AI technologies aimed at transforming Alexa into a reliable assistant that supports customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead product launches by collaborating with feature and delivery teams across a vast organization, including go-to-market strategies and executive leadership.
2. Oversee prioritization and make informed trade-offs between customer satisfaction, performance metrics, and operational support demands.
3. Proactively identify and address strategic challenges that could hinder the team's capacity to achieve its strategic, financial, and technical objectives.
A successful candidate will exhibit a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will excel in utilizing both new and existing technologies to effectively address customer needs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Proven hands-on experience in managing intricate technology projects.
- Demonstrated ability to define and drive roadmap strategies.
- Experience in managing technical programs across diverse teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release timelines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in designing or architecting systems, focusing on design patterns, reliability, and scalability.
