Summary: The Maintenance Planning Technician will utilize the organization's SAP Master Data Management strategy. Ensure field collected data is entered timely and accurately into SAP database, using variious tools and methods. Looking for a detail oriented, team player who is committed to doing the right thing. Needs advanced to expert knowledge and background in SAP, SQL and Excel. 

Responsibilities :

Will work with all Maintenance Planning Division key stakeholders, including Engineering, Procurement, Vendors and Management team members by collecting field data and entering into an SAP database, using various tools and methodologies. Utilize advanced or expert skillsets in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel Strong analytical, communication, computer skills and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong organizational skillsets, advanced communication skillsets (verbal and written) with Engineering, Management and Vendors  Attention to detail to accurately coordinate logistics, prepare/edit reports, and respond fully to requests Planning, prioritization of work, and organizational skills to ensure all administrative duties are completed High personal credibility and ethical standards to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information High dependability and concern for others to ensure needs of others are met Ability to keep neat and accurate records

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or similar discipline; Or three () or more years O&G SAP Analyst/Technician, and/or Maintenance Planner experience required. Demonstrated SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel a must; In depth knowledge or SuperUser of SAP a must Previous reporting, monthly accrual, full analysis scheduling, baselining, fiscal year carryover experience highly preferred Strong communication (verbal and written) a must Demonstrated analytical and prioritization skillsets along with detailed and accurate reporting  Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug/hair follicle, MVR, agility, etc. Position offers total compensation in addition to wages, including medical, dental, vision, K and more
