Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Dealer Partner to join our team. As a Solar Sales Dealer Partner, you will be responsible for representing our solar products and services to potential customers in your territory. You will be working independently and managing your own sales pipeline, while also collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to achieve shared goals. This is a commission-based position, with the potential for high earnings for successful sales performance.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory, targeting residential and commercial customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our solar products and services.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions in your territory.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to our sales and marketing teams, sharing insights and feedback to improve sales performance.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends and developments.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and sales processes.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Familiarity with solar products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as travel within your territory will be required.
