Job Description:

Assist clients in understanding their health insurance options and selecting the best plans to meet their needs. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Schedule: shift within the hours of operation. 30-minute lunch.

Hours of Operation: 8AM CST to 8PM CST (Core Hours) & (7AM CST to 12AM CST during peak season).

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Active health insurance license in the state of residence. Health insurance license and drivers license/ID must match states.  Proven experience as a health insurance agent or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency with computer systems and online tools.

Details:

Pay: $21/hr. + Commission. Commission is paid out in one lump sum at the end of Jan - Mar following year.
