QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
-FFM Certification preferred but not required
-Prior ACA experience a plus
-Must have active CA (or resident state) Health Insurance Producer License (additional state licenses a plus)
-Must be in the United States to Work
-Must have STRONG attention to detail
-Must be able to navigate multiple computer screens and programs and have the ability to multitask effectively
-Must be a fast typer (ideally 60 wpm or greater with high accuracy)
-Must have strong, effective, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Must possess the desire to succeed and be self-motivated
-Have the ability to adapt to changes with a can-do attitude
-Be a Team player that enjoys a competitive and fast-paced environment
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday with a flexible start time of 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. After the Introductory Period. During our busy seasons, we may work on some Saturdays and overtime.
