*Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities*:
* Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
* Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
* Address and resolve customer complaints
* Service Advisor Assistants will assist in greeting customers in the service lane and entering necessary appointment information, vehicle complaints into associated software programs
*Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:*
* Prior experience in automotive service writing
* Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations preferred
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
* Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
* Intermediate MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills. CDK experience a plus.
