Responsibilities
  • Answer calls from current clients and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from incoming calls.
  • Ensure that the Pinnacle One Insurance Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting.
  • Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Requirement

Licensing: Possess a valid California Life and Health Insurance license (Not Required but Preferred)

Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably within the insurance industry, showcasing strong prospecting and closing skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive, cohesive work environment focused on mutual success.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
