Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet performance targets by generating new property and casualty insurance from provided leads.
  • Consistently adhere to the agency's sales process with all potential clients.
  • Manage a sales pipeline within the CRM and follow up with prospects diligently.
  • Conduct accurate underwriting assessments.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are collected and electronically signed by clients who purchase insurance.
  • Exhibit knowledge of new products and industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional service before and after the sale to guarantee client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid California Life and Health Insurance license within a specified timeframe (preferred but not required).

Experience: Proven success in sales roles, ideally within the insurance field, demonstrating strong prospecting and closing abilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex insurance concepts clearly.

Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving and exceeding sales objectives, with a history of fostering revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
