Responsibilities
- Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
- Ensure that the Gardella Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
- Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
- Responsible for accurate underwriting.
- Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
- Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
- Deliver exceptional service before and after the sale to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess a valid California Life and Health Insurance license or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe. (not required but preferred)
Experience: Demonstrated success in sales roles, preferably within the insurance industry, showcasing strong prospecting and closing skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive, cohesive work environment focused on mutual success.
Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
