Position Overview:
We are seeking an Expert Program Analyst to oversee and manage diverse programs, focusing on systems engineering, integration, technical performance analysis, governance, and policy development. This role is integral to our operations and requires a deep understanding of program management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic objectives and goals while ensuring technical viability.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of systems, tools, and applications portfolios.
- Evaluate capabilities and provide informed technical recommendations.
- Formulate suggestions for emerging technologies and establish evaluation criteria.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
- A Bachelor's degree accompanied by a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's/PhD) or further education in a related field.
- Experience in strategic planning within the Intelligence Community.
- In-depth knowledge of the structure and capabilities of the Intelligence Community.
- Experience with quantitative analysis projects.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Excel, VBA, and/or Python.
