Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DEIA Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development of measures of performance and effectiveness related to DEIA for the Intelligence Community (IC). This includes creating briefings, data visualizations, and reports to translate data/metrics into compelling stories, business cases, and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- DEIA Program Development: Oversee the development of measures of performance and effectiveness related to DEIA for the IC.
- Communication and Reporting: Create briefings, data visualizations, and reports to translate data/metrics into compelling stories, business cases, and recommendations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Workforce Analysis: Examine workforce demographic trends to identify diversity gaps across the talent lifecycle.
- Survey Development and Analysis: Develop, administer, and analyze surveys in areas such as DEIA program monitoring and evaluation, employee inclusion and engagement, and organizational culture.
- Maturity Model Framework: Manage the implementation of a maturity model framework to assess progress on DEIA programs, policies, and processes in the IC.
- Research and Analysis: Apply research design principles to develop study plans and assessments of barriers throughout the talent lifecycle, not limited to hiring, promotion, and attrition.
- Program Management: Develop and implement Program Management Reviews and process for reporting progress toward goals in strategic plan to senior leaders, stakeholders, and workforce.
- Consultative Services: Provide consultative services on creating DEIA strategic plans, developing change management plans, executing action plans, and establishing assessment processes to measure and track success and impact against stated goals and objectives.
- Policy Development: Review, develop, and implement DEIA-related policies through IC directives, standards, and policy guidance.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish new partnerships with Chief Diversity Officers, DEIA practitioners, and other stakeholders across the IC, Federal Government, and White House. Initiatives to share and implement best practices for establishing and assessing DEIA metrics.
- Representation: Represent IC DEIA in IC element and inter-agency engagements (meetings, phone calls, briefings) to facilitate coordination of activities and shape the agenda objectives for such meetings to achieve IC DEIA.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: BA/BS and 15+ years of experience or Masters and 10+ years. Required
- Security Clearance: Active Security Clearance TS/SCI with polygraph. Required
- DEIA Experience: Demonstrated experience supporting government stakeholders on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives.
