We are currently seeking a highly qualified Procurement Data Specialist to join our Procurement Data & Systems team. The role of the Procurement Data Specialist is to lead, provide input and support the development of Procurement business processes, strategies and plans in a project team environment by collecting and manipulating data quickly and efficiently, conducting specific analysis and communicating key findings and insights for additional business process improvements. Use a project management approach to solve problems and implement improvements that support the overall end-to-end business process.

Please note employees work 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Lead specific projects in support of procurement goals, business objectives and business process optimization.

Network across businesses, functions and the Global Procurement organization to optimize end-to-end business processes and develop/update best practices.

Analyze KPI metrics and help develop improvement strategies.

Lead sub-teams and/or networks. Collect, analyze, and prepare executive summaries of project data.

Analyze reports and provide insights to develop improvement strategies.

Support business & process integrations.

Your Qualification Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information, Technology, Data Science or a related technical field

3+ years of procurement experience in a complex, global company with SAP Procurement Data.

Both Functional and Technical knowledge of Procurement processes and accounts payable knowledge.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestiture experience desired.

Experience with analytical tools, such as Power BI and Data bricks to analyze procurement data and identify insights.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - ability to work independently and support multiple projects as needed.

Project management skills & Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Ability to plan, execute programs, and benchmark best practices to develop processes that support continuous improvement.
