Hotel Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Supervisor at the Courtyard by Marriott.
The successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the General Manager in achieving hotel objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Supervise and support front desk staff to ensure efficient and friendly service during check-in, check-out, and throughout guest stays.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room availability, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue.
- Assist in managing budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Lead other departments to maintain smooth operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Assistant General Manager, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
