Your Role:

As theDirector of Procurement you will lead our procurement functionoverseeing the sourcing of materials and services that drive ourengineering projects. Your expertise will help us maintain acompetitive edge while ensuring quality costeffectiveness andsustainability in our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

StrategicLeadership:

Design and implement aforwardlooking procurement strategy that aligns with ourorganizational goals and enhances our market position.

Inspire and mentor a talented procurement team fosteringa culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Supplier Excellence:

Build andnurture strategic relationships with toptier suppliers to securethe best quality and pricing.

Negotiateimpactful contracts that drive value ensuring our suppliers arealigned with our sustainability and ethical sourcinggoals.

Cost Optimization:

Leverage market intelligence and analysis to identify costsavingopportunities and negotiate favorable terms.

Implement innovative procurement practices that enhance efficiencyand reduce waste.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify potential risks within the supplychain and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.

Ensure a resilient supply chain through continuousevaluation and adaptation to market changes.

Policy and Compliance:

Establish robustprocurement policies that ensure compliance with industryregulations and uphold our commitment to ethicalsourcing.

Drive initiatives that promotesustainability and responsible sourcing throughout the procurementprocess.

Collaborative Partnerships:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams includingengineering project management and finance to understand materialrequirements and align procurement strategies with projectneeds.

Present procurement updates and insightsto senior leadership driving informed decisionmaking.

What You Bring:

A Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or arelated field; a Masters degree or professional certifications (CPPCIPS) are a plus.

A proven track record ofinsert number years in procurement or supply chain management withinsert number years in a leadership role preferably in theengineering or construction industry.

Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with a knackfor building strong supplier partnerships.

Adatadriven mindset with excellent analytical and problemsolvingabilities.

Outstanding leadership andcommunication skills that inspire teams and driveresults.
