Your Role:

As the Director of Procurement you will lead our procurement function overseeing the sourcing of materials and services that drive our engineering projects. Your expertise will help us maintain a competitive edge while ensuring quality costeffectiveness and sustainability in our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Design and implement a forwardlooking procurement strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and enhances our market position.

Inspire and mentor a talented procurement team fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Supplier Excellence:

Build and nurture strategic relationships with toptier suppliers to secure the best quality and pricing.

Negotiate impactful contracts that drive value ensuring our suppliers are aligned with our sustainability and ethical sourcing goals.

Cost Optimization:

Leverage market intelligence and analysis to identify costsaving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms.

Implement innovative procurement practices that enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Risk Management:

Proactively identify potential risks within the supply chain and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies.

Ensure a resilient supply chain through continuous evaluation and adaptation to market changes.

Policy and Compliance:

Establish robust procurement policies that ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold our commitment to ethical sourcing.

Drive initiatives that promote sustainability and responsible sourcing throughout the procurement process.

Collaborative Partnerships:

Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering project management and finance to understand material requirements and align procurement strategies with project needs.

Present procurement updates and insights to senior leadership driving informed decisionmaking.

What You Bring:

A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree or professional certifications (CPP CIPS) are a plus.

A proven track record of insert number years in procurement or supply chain management with insert number years in a leadership role preferably in the engineering or construction industry.

Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills with a knack for building strong supplier partnerships.

A datadriven mindset with excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Outstanding leadership and communication skills that inspire teams and drive results.
