Hypothesize on the change and impact these programs will have on sales performance and business growth.

Ensure all sales enablement initiatives are data-driven, effectively communicated, and seamlessly integrated across global markets.

About You

Basic Qualifications

10+ years in sales leadership and/or enablement, preferably in a global setting in the Software, SaSS or Consulting industries.

5+ sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Other Qualifications

Exceptional skills in analyzing and resolving complex problems.

Flawless communication and presentation abilities.

World-class project management and organizational skills.

Demonstrates a strong drive for achieving goals and consistently delivers high-quality work.

Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales operations processes.

Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
